H&M Constructors are requesting bids from Certified Female Contractors/Suppliers and Certified Minority Contractors/Suppliers for the following project:
1) Spring Creek Community Center-Phase 3 Renovation, Hot Springs NC.
Bids are due: February 20th at 4:00 pm.
This project consists of providing services to prepare the property and current building for renovations to the Phase 3 area including, but not limited to: grading the area, removing and reinstalling windows, placing any necessary water, sewer, gas, electrical and HVAC connections, and conducting interior renovations (~4,000sf) to provide classroom, rentable and flexible office space and a value-added kitchen space meeting the specifications herein.
Plans are available for review on the H&M Dropbox. See below for the link to access the website. H&M is willing to enter into good faith discussions regarding the opportunities listed below to provide the following assistance:
- Break down combined elements of work into economically feasible units as appropriate.
- Provide an alternative to bonding such as a joint pay agreement.
- Provide quick pay agreements.
