Steam Replacement to Whichard Building – Phase 1
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 PM on 6/13/2024, in ECU Facilities Campus Operations Conference Room located at 1001 E. 4th Street, Greenville, NC, for the construction of Steam Replacement to Whichard Building – Phase 1 project, SCO ID# 23-26114-01B at which time and place bids will be opened and read. Pre-Bid meeting will be on 5/28/2024 at 10:00 AM at the ECU Facilities Engineering & Architectural Services Annex Conference Room. Project includes replacement of approximately 300 LF of 8” gravity sanitary sewer, 2 new sanitary sewer manholes and 200 LF of 8” CIPP liner along Beckwith Drive. 2 additive Bid items are included. Complete plans and specifications for this project can be obtained electronically from Dewberry Engineers located at 4610 Wycliff Road in Raleigh NC or by contacting Jeff Cline at [email protected] or by calling (919) 424-3707. If a hard copy of the set is requested, it may be purchased for a refundable deposit of $300.00 per set. The state reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
