Stedman Primary School HVAC and Window Replacement

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals will be received in the Cumberland County Schools’ Plant Operations Center, 810 Gillespie Street, Fayetteville, NC 28306 until 10:00 am on Tuesday, March 25, 2025. At which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud for the Stedman Primary School HVAC and Window Replacement. The general scope of work will consist of replacing HVAC and windows in various locations throughout the school as specified; include all required electrical upgrades and accessories necessary.

Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:30am on Thursday, March 13, 2025. Contractors interested in bidding shall meet at Stedman Primary School, 155 E. First Street Stedman, NC 28391. The Designer will issue complete Bid Documents electronically. Contact Locklear, Locklear & Jacobs, PLLC (LL&J) PO Box 3119 Pembroke, North Carolina 28372 (910-774-9306), for complete bidding requirements. Bid Bond is required, and Performance and Payment Bonds will be required. Certain MBE guidelines must be followed.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
