Stormwater Upgrades – Seventy-First HS Parking Lot

Sealed proposals will be received in the Cumberland County Schools’ Operations Center Plans Room, 810 Gillespie Street, Fayetteville, NC 28306, until May 21, 2025, at 11:00am. At which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud for the Stormwater Upgrades – Seventy-First HS Parking Lot. The general scope of work will consist of the removal and replacement of existing stormwater piping and junction boxes in the eastern parking lot on the school campus.

Single prime proposals only will be received for all construction work. Complete Bid Documents will be issued electronically to all interested and qualified bidders. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the site. Contractors interested in bidding shall meet at 10:00 am on May 7, 2025, in the parking lot at Seventy-First HS, 6764 Raeford Road, Fayetteville, NC 28302.

A Bid Bond is required, and Performance and Payment Bonds will be required.

Certain MBE guidelines must be followed.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
