Sugar Creek Greenway Project

INVITATION FOR BIDS 

Mecklenburg County Asset and Facility Management will receive single prime, unit cost, sealed bids for the Sugar Creek Greenway Project until 2:00 PM EST., Thursday, February 20, 2024, at which time bids will be opened at Valerie C. Woodard Center, 3205 Freedom Drive, Suite 6000, Charlotte, NC. Bid, Performance, and Payment & Material bonds are required. NC law and applicable regulations of various licensing boards and BDI provisions will be observed. The scope of work includes +/- 2.5 miles of greenway main trail (asphalt and concrete) with multiple neighborhood access connectors, boardwalk, culverts, bridges, grading, and other associated work.  Electronic plans and specifications can be obtained from McAdams at (919) 526-0612 and/or by email at [email protected] from 8am to 5pm, Monday – Friday. Mecklenburg County reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will occur at Valerie C. Woodard Center, 3205 Freedom Drive, Suite 6000, Charlotte, NC at 11:00 AM EST., Thursday, January 30.
