Announcement of Qualified Bidders and Bid Opening Swain County, NC Marianna Black Library Addition and Renovation Project.  Beverly Grant Inc. and H&M Constructors, both of Asheville, NC, have completed the qualification process to bid on the renovation and expansion project at the Marianna Black Library, Bryson City / Swain County, NC. Swain County will receive their sealed bids until the bid opening in public on Tuesday, December 17 at 10 am on the 3rd floor of the Swain County Administration Building, 50 Main Street in Bryson City, NC. Subcontractors interested in working on the project should contact the contractors directly.
