INVITATION TO MWBE OUTREACH EVENT AND PRE-BID MEETING:
T.Z. OSBORNE WRF INCINERATOR DESIGN- BUILD PROJECT- PHASE 1, FBI
2 REHABILITATION & SOLIDS HANDLING BUILDING SAFETY ITEMS

Crowder Construction Company, in collaboration with the City of Greensboro and Stantec Engineering Inc., invites you to an outreach event and pre-bid meeting for Minority/Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE’s) interested in an opportunity to work on the T.Z. Osborne WRF Incinerator Design-Build Project. This event will be held on March 25^th, 2025, at the T.Z. Osborne WRF Administrative Building, located at 2350 Huffine Mill Road, McLeansville, NC 27301. To accommodate different schedules, we are offering two session times: 12:00 PM and 5:30 PM. No RSVP is required.

Scopes of work include: Hauling, Demolition, Stair Replacement, Handrail Replacement & Repairs, Plumbing, Electrical (120/480), Remove, Store & Reinstall Instrumentation & Controls, Modify Fire Alarms, Process Piping & Equipment, Utility Location, Acoustical Ceiling Tiles, Coatings/Paintings, Document & Drawing Reproduction (Blueprinting), Signage, Portable Toilets, Scaffolding & Platforms, Construction Staking, Temporary Mobile Office & Material Trailers, General Labor/Construction Site Cleaning, and X-Ray Slabs & Walls.

Pre-Bid Meeting includes discussions for the first bid package of the project. Participants may also take part in a plant tour. Please note that attendees wishing to tour the treatment plant must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including hard hats, safety glasses, and hard-toe shoes.
