EC Office is actively soliciting bids for Tall Glass of Water – Phase II Bids are due 04/28/2026 at 10:00 A.M.

Project Description:
The Tall Glass of Water – Phase II project includes construction of a new 2,342 SF open-air pavilion and a 636 SF open-air stage to support community gatherings and events. Work includes installation of concrete foundations, slabs, wood framing, and roofing for the pavilion structure. The project also involves site development, including grading, erosion control, stabilized aggregate areas, and concrete walkways. Accessible parking and ADA-accessible paths will be constructed as part of the improvements. Site electrical work and other supporting infrastructure will also be installed to serve the pavilion and stage areas.

MBE/WBE/SBE/DBE/HUB participation is encouraged. Elements of the work may be combined or broken down to facilitate minority participation. Assistance with bonding or insurance requirements as well as quick pay arrangements are available to enable minority contractors to meet cash-flow demands. Email bids to [email protected] .
