RE-ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals will be received until May 29^th, 2024, at 2 pm, for the construction of: 

THE UNIVERSITY OF NORTH CAROLINA AT CHAPEL HILL
SOUTH BUILDING GARDEN LEVEL ALTERATION
SCO # 14-12096-02A

Bids must be submitted by two (2) methods:

• Mail via USPS and UPS or FedEx to UNC Facilities, Planning, and Design, 103 Airport Drive, Campus Box 1090, Chapel Hill, North Carolina 27599.

• Hand delivery on May 29^th at 2 pm, at UNC Facilities, Planning, and Design, 103 Airport Drive, Campus Box 1090, Chapel Hill, North Carolina 27599. If hand delivery is chosen, the person responsible for dropping off the bid must contact Quade Gallagher at [email protected] or 919-843-5103 to coordinate delivery by the deadline.

At 2 pm on May 29^th, 2024, all bids will be opened and read aloud.  The bid opening will be held at 103 Airport Drive, Campus Box 1090, Chapel Hill, North Carolina 27599.

Complete plans and specifications for this project can be obtained in pdf format free of charge at MHAworks, 800 Taylor St, Suite 9A-154, Durham, NC 27701, during normal office hours.  Hard copies will not be issued.  Plans are also available in the plan room of ConstructConnect.
