ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. April 23, 2025, in the Cumberland County Schools’ Operations Center Plans Room, located at 810 Gillespie Street, Fayetteville, NC, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud for the Cumberland County Schools Track Elements.  The Contractor shall supply labor, material, and equipment for constructing TRACK AND FIELD elements for 3 high schools:  Southview High School, Grays Creek High School, and Jack Britt High School.  They include pole vault, high jump, triple jump, long jump, discus, and shot put.

There will not be a pre-bid conference for the Re-Bid.  The Contractor may visit the project site on their own, just check in at the office first.  Complete Bid Documents will be issued electronically to all interested and qualified bidders.  You may contact Crawford Design Company, 116 N Cool Spring Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301 (910-221-0033), [email protected] , for additional information and electronic access to the drawings & project manual.  Proposals will be received from contractors licensed per G.S.87.  A Bid Bond is required.  Performance and Payment Bonds will be required.  Certain MBE guidelines must be followed.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
