Frank L. Blum Construction will accept proposals until 3:00 pm on Wednesday, January 31, 2024, for the UNC Healthcare MRI 3T Equipment Replacement project located in Raleigh, NC.

The project is a multi-phase interior renovation of the UNC Chapel Hill Hospital.  Project is located at 101 Manning Drive, Chapel Hill, NC.

This project has a goal of 10% MWBE participation.  Please include the provided MWBE forms with all bids.  If MWBE subcontractors require assistance with bonding or payment terms, please let us know.  Blum Construction has the ability to create custom solutions to support a successful project outcome.  Examples of Trade Partner Support:  quick pay arrangements, modified insurance limits, bonding access or alternative bonding solutions, joint check agreements, prequalification assistance, disaggregation of bid packages, alternate options for financial statements prequalification requirements, break out of materials and equipment to support cash flow.
