at which time and place bids
will be opened and read.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting
will be held at 1:00 pm on
Thursday May 29th, 2025,
at the existing
Unified Middle School of Havelock
200 Sermons Blvd.
Havelock, NC 28532.

Check-in required at the main office. A site visit will follow.
The meeting will identify preferred brand alternates
and their performance standards that the owner
will consider for approval on this project.
