FUQUAY-VARINA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
PHASE 1 – RENOVATION

New Atlantic Contracting / Sterling Construction will accept sealed bids for the Fuquay-Varina Elementary School, located in Fuquay-Varina, NC, from Prequalified 1^st Tier Trade Contractors only. Sealed bids will be received at WCPSS Facilities Design and Construction located in the Crossroads III Building, Conference Room 1506, at 2:00 P.M., 11/19/24 (111 Corning Road, Cary, NC 27519).  If necessary, a re-bid is scheduled for 12/5/24 at the same time and location. An onsite pre-bid meeting will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, 11/5/24 at Fuquay-Varina Elementary School (6600 Johnson Pond Rd, Fuquay-Varinia, NC 27526).
