EC Office is actively soliciting bids for Washington County-Elevator Modernization. Due 07/11/2025 @ 3 p.m.).

Project Description:
Washington County is soliciting bids from a NC licensed general contractor for the modernization of an existing passenger traction elevator. The scope of work includes updating the elevator to meet all relevant specifications, building codes, and to ensure full compliance with applicable ADA standards. The successful contractor will be responsible for delivering a complete, turnkey elevator modernization solution.

MBE/WBE/SBE/DBE/HUB participation is encouraged. Elements of the work may be combined or broken down to facilitate minority participation. Assistance with bonding or insurance requirements as well as quick pay arrangements are available to enable minority contractors to meet cash-flow demands. Email bids to [email protected].
