“Washington County EOC & EMS Station”

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS 

Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, sealed proposals endorsed “Washington County EOC & EMS Station” will be received by the Washington County, in the Commissioner’s Room at the Washington County Administration Building, 116 Adams Street, Plymouth, NC 27962 (or mailed to P.O. Box 1007, Plymouth, NC, 27962, marked to the attention of Curtis Potter), until 2:00 P.M., on March 4, 2025 at which time they will be publicly opened and read.

Bids shall be reviewed by the Owner for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of the Washington County EOC & EMS Station. Bidders shall be advised of the results. Bids will be received for a Single Prime Contract.  

An open Pre-bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 A.M. on February 19, 2025, in the Commissioner’s Room at the Washington County Administration Building, 116 Adams Street, Plymouth, NC, 27962. The meeting will address project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures and bid forms.

Complete plans and specifications for this project are available free of charge for a Digital Download or for $350.00 (refundable) deposit by cash or certified check for hard copies.
