“Water Loop – Campus Wide”

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, sealed proposals endorsed “Water Loop – Campus Wide” will be received by Halifax Community until Thursday, July 18, 2024, at 2:00 pm, in room 108 of the Phillip Taylor Complex, Halifax Community College, 100 College Drive, Weldon, NC.  Sealed proposals will immediately thereafter be publicly opened and read.

An open Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on July 10, 2024, at 10:00 am, in room 108 of the Phillip Taylor Complex, Halifax Community College, 100 College Drive, Weldon, NC.  This meeting will address project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures, and bid forms.

Complete plans and specifications for this project are available free of charge for a Digital Download or for $150.00 (refundable) deposit by cash or certified check for hard copies.  Either format can be obtained from Oakley Collier Architects, 109 Candlewood Road, Rocky Mount, NC 27804 (252.937.2500) or by emailing Ashley Seaman ([email protected]) beginning June 24, 2024, during normal office hours.
