REQUESTS FOR BIDS
H&M Constructors are requesting bids from Certified Female Contractors/Suppliers and Certified Minority Contractors/Suppliers for the following project:
1) WCU Killian Building HVAC Upgrades and Window Replacement, Cullowhee NC.
Bids are due:
January 30 @ 1:30 pm.
This project consists of replacing an existing ~200-ton cooling tower and water-cooled chiller. Replace the existing steam system components including the steam condensate return unit, steam traps and steam-to-hot water heat exchanger. Replace existing refrigerant exhaust fan serving existing chiller room. Replace existing windows located throughout the Killian Building.
Plans are available for review on the H&M Dropbox. See below for the link to access the website. H&M is willing to enter into good faith discussions regarding the opportunities listed below to provide the following assistance:
- Break down combined elements of work into economically feasible units as appropriate.
- Provide an alternative to bonding such as a joint pay agreement.
- Provide quick pay agreements.
