Wilmington International Airport (ILM) Curbside Improvements Phase 1B project

WILMINGTON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (ILM)
CURBSIDE IMPROVEMENTS PHASE 1B 

Monteith Construction has been selected as the CM at Risk for the Wilmington International Airport (ILM) Curbside Improvements Phase 1B project.  Sealed bids will be received from prequalified contractors only for the following packages:  Sitework, Electrical, Signage, General Trades, Temp Aluminum Walkway Covers, HVAC, and Temp Enclosed Walkways.  Complete plans and specifications will be available on iSQFT via invitation only to Prequalified contractors.

WBE/MBE/DBE contractors are encouraged to contact [email protected] for a list of prequalified contractors.

A voluntary Pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, May 9, 2024, at 10:30 AM via Zoom.

Sealed Proposals will be received until 2:00 PM on Thursday, May 23, 2024, with project name noted on envelope and marked “Sealed Proposal” at 1740 Airport Blvd, Wilmington, NC 28405.

All Bidders are strongly encouraged to include opportunities for Disadvantaged Business Enterprises wherever possible in their respective bid submission.  DBE is a part of this contract and must comply with N.C. Gen. Stat. 143-128.2 and 49 CFR 26.  The CM and Owner reserve the right to reject any and all proposals as determined to be in the best interest of the project.
