NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Proposals from prequalified bidders, will be received via email by Frank L. Blum Construction Company until 2 pm on Thursday, February 29, 2024, at [email protected] for the Site Construction of the Winston-Salem Choice Neighborhood Initiative Phase 2 + 3 project in Winston-Salem, NC. 

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The WSCNI Phase 2 and 3 project will be composed of site and building demolition, site preparation, and public roadway improvements for the future development of 14 residential buildings located off Cleveland Ave in Winston Salem, NC.  Misc. site furnishings to provide the area with new picnic shelter and play areas will be required.

Bids Due:
Thursday, February 29, 2024, at 2:00 pm.

RFI Questions are due Monday, February 19, 2024 @ 12:00 pm.  RFI Questions regarding the bid should be in writing and emailed to [email protected] on the RFI submission form located in the bid manual and the project’s plan room.  Questions submitted after the noted RFI deadline will not be answered.

All Bidders are strongly encouraged to include opportunities for Minority Business participation & Section 3 Participation wherever possible in their respective Bid submission.  Minority Business Participation and Section 3 Participation is a part of this contract and must comply with all requirements set forth in the Bid Manual.  If MWBE or Section 3 contractors require assistance with bonding or payment terms, please let us know.

The Construction Manager and Owner reserve the right to add prequalified bidders.  The Construction Manager and Owner reserve the right to reject any and all bids.
