Sealed bids will be received until 3:00 p.m. on November 7, 2023, by Ms. Gail Simms, representative of the North Carolina National Guard, at Joint Forces Headquarters, 1st Floor Cafeteria, 1635 Gold Star Drive, Raleigh, NC, 27607, for the Winston-Salem FMS Storage Building Project (SCO ID # 20-22823-01A), at which time and place, bids will be opened and read.
Sealed bids will be received until 3:00 p.m. on November 9, 2023, by Ms. Gail Simms at the same location above for the Winston-Salem FMS POL Project (SCO ID # 21-24115-01A), at which time and place, bids will be opened and read.
An open pre-bid meeting for both projects will be held at the project site for interested bidders, subcontractors, and vendors on October 24, 2023, at 11 a.m. at Winston-Salem National Guard Field Maintenance Shop, 2000 Silas Creek Parkway, Winston-Salem, NC. The meeting addresses project specific questions, bidding procedures, bid forms, and alternates.

Complete plans, specifications and contract documents will be open for inspection in the offices of LS3P.
