REQUEST FOR BID PROPOSALS 

Wake Technical Community College is currently seeking bid proposals for this construction project:

WTCC NCCCS #2284
SNWC – ENERGY PLANT IMPROVEMENTS 

This project includes the installation of approximately 620 LF of prefabricated underground 4” heating
hot water and 8” chilled water distribution piping.  This project also includes a revised controls strategy
that would affect all three (3) regional energy plants and Building H for optimized operations.

This project is a Re-Bid due to an insufficient number of bids received on the original bid
date of February 6, 2024.  A pre-bid conference will not be held.  Sealed proposals will be
received up  to 2 p.m. EST for Single Prime Bids on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, addressed to:
