REQUEST FOR BID PROPOSALS

Wake Technical Community College is currently seeking bid proposals for this construction project:

WTCC NCCCS #2287 Building Envelope Upgrades
SL – Roof Recover of South Campus Building L

Construction will include all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the Roof Recover of South Campus L. The work will include, but is not necessarily limited to replacement of skylights, fall protection, roof hatch railing system, and ladders.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 30, 2025. Sealed proposals will be received up to 11:00 a.m. EST for Single Prime Bids on Wednesday February 26, 2025, addressed to:
