REQUEST FOR BID PROPOSALS 

Wake Technical Community College is currently seeking bid proposals for this construction project:

WTCC NCCCS # NA
SWC – SB 116 ITS Suite Renovation

The scope of this project includes the renovation of the ITS group’s existing office suite to create a more efficient working environment including updating of finishes and the addition of multiple offices.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, July 9, 2024.  Interested bidders are to meet at the project site: 1809 Wake Tech Way, Building SB in SB116. Contractor RFI’s are due no later than 5pm on July 16^th, 2024. Sealed proposals will be received up to 2 p.m. EST for Single Prime Bids on Thursday July 25, 2024 addressed to:

Bid opening will take place thereafter in person in Suite 200, Conference Room 201, link will be provided for those who would like to attend virtually.
