PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The project consists of the construction of an approximately 24,000 square foot Fire and EMS station for the Town of Zebulon and Wake County EMS consisting of five apparatus bays, offices, restrooms, bunk rooms, training space, and support facilities.  The scope of the project includes turnkey site development, a combination of structural metal stud framing and trusses, steel structure, and load bearing CMU, as well a complete interior and exterior fit out of systems and finishes.  The project is located at 201 W. Judd Street, Zebulon, NC 27597.

Prequalifications must be submitted by email no later than April 11th, 2025, by 5:00 PM.

Bid documents are anticipated to be released to trades Mid-April with an early May bid closing.
