A/E RFQ MITCHELL COUNTY ATHLETIC FIELDS: 

Mitchell County, North Carolina, is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified Architectural and Engineering (A/E) firms to provide professional design and related services for FEMA-funded restoration of County-owned athletic field facilities damaged by Tropical Storm Helene.

This procurement is conducted in accordance with:

• North Carolina General Statutes 143-64.31 (Qualifications-Based Selection for A/E services)
• 2 CFR 200
