Broadway Elementary School Parking Improvements

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS 

Single prime bids for general construction work will be received until 2:00 PM on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at the Lee County Schools Maintenance Office, 2000 Nash Street, Sanford, NC 27330 for the construction of Broadway Elementary School Parking Improvements. Bids will immediately thereafter be publicly opened and read.

An open meeting and pre-bid conference will be held Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 11:00 AM, at project location, 307 S Main Street, Broadway, NC 27505. Complete plans and specifications for this project can be inspected and obtained at the office of the Architect, Hite Associates, 2600 Meridian Drive, Greenville, NC (252) 757-0333 during normal office hours.

The Owner reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
