The Wilmington Housing Authority (WHA) is officially seeking qualifications from motivated individuals or firms for the position of Communications & Rebranding Assistant. This part-time role (approx. 20 hours/week) will support WHA’s mission by enhancing our public image, streamlining agency messaging, and highlighting resident success stories.
