HINES HALL INTERIOR RENOVATION – PHASE II

North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (NC A&T) is accepting bids from contractors for the Hines Hall Interior Renovation (Phase II) project until 2:00pm (EDT) on January 23, 2025, at the Office of Facilities Management, Attention: Stephen Sutton, Project Manager, 602 North Benbow Road Greensboro, NC 27401.

Hines Hall is a three-story academic building located on the campus of NC A&T in Greensboro, North Carolina. The base bid scope of work includes demolition and renovation of select interior spaces across two floors. The program includes administrative offices, auditorium, and classroom spaces totaling approximately 9,500 SF.   Add alternates to the project include additional administrative office and research spaces totaling 2,175 SF. The existing building will be occupied during construction.  Therefore, work is to be completed in two phases to allow for move sequencing as determined by the University.

There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting on December 12, 2024, from 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm (EDT) at the project site – NC A&T Hines Hall lobby.
