Sealed Bids will be received until 2:00 PM EDT on May 29, 2024, by the Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority at 501 S. College St., Charlotte, NC 28202, ATTN: John Jones, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in the 2nd floor conference room at the Charlotte Convention Center.
The CRVA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities or informalities in a bid, and to enter into any agreement deemed by the CRVA, with one or more of the Vendors responding. The CRVA reserves the right to discuss and negotiate with selected Vendor(s) any terms and conditions in the bid including but not limited to financial terms.
