Maintenance Service Contract

The Rockingham Housing Authority (RHA) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to enter into a maintenance service contract for RHA public housing properties totaling 225 dwelling units and 7 facilities. This contract will be for six months with the option to renew it for up to two additional three-month periods. A pre-bid site visit has been scheduled for May 8, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. Though this pre-bid site visit is not mandatory, it is encouraged that you attend. Proposals are due May 21, 2024, at 3:30 p.m. A copy of the RFP package may be obtained at the RHA Main Office; 809 Armstead Street, Rockingham, NC 28379, or an electronic copied emailed by sending a request to Chereka Belton at [email protected] .
