Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 P.M. on May 23, 2024, at Kimble Hall at Charlotte Hawkins Brown Museum, 6134 Burlington Road, Gibsonville, NC 27249, Attn: Mr. Tony Romaine for the construction of the Galen Stone Hall and Eliot Hall Roof Replacement and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read at the same location.
Bids will be received for a Single Prime Contract. All proposals shall be lump sum.
A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held for bidders on May 3, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at Kimble Hall at Charlotte Hawkins Brown Museum at 6134 Burlington Road, Gibsonville, NC 27249. Interested subcontractors and suppliers are strongly encouraged to attend.
Complete plans and specifications for this project can be obtained from Atlas Engineering, Inc., 551-A Pylon Drive, Raleigh, North Carolina 27606, email: [email protected] during normal office hours after April 26, 2024. Electronic documents are provided at no cost. Refundable plan deposit of Fifty dollars ($50.00) in cash or certified check is required for hardcopy sets.
The state reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
