All bids will be received and opened publicly at the Administrative Services III Building– 2601 Wolf Village Way Raleigh, NC 27607 conference RM 301 on NC States campus. Bids will not be accepted from non-prequalified bidders for packages that require prequalification.  Not all packages require prequalification.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on April 16, 2024, at 2:00 PM at the Administrative Services III Building– 2601 Wolf Village Way Raleigh, NC 27607 conference RM 301 on NC States campus.  A site tour will immediately follow the pre-bid at 3:00 PM.
