“Princeville Farmers Market”

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, sealed proposals endorsed “Princeville Farmers Market” will be received until 2:00 pm by the Town of Princeville on May 23, 2024, at the Princeville Town Hall located at 201 S Main Street, Princeville, NC 27886 and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read.

Bids shall be reviewed by the Owner for the furnishing of labor, material, and equipment entering into the construction of the Princeville Farmers Market.  Bidders shall be advised of the results.  Bids will be received for a Single Prime Contract.  

Complete plans and specifications for this project are available free of charge for a Digital Download or for $500.00 (refundable) deposit by cash or certified check for hard copies.  Either format can be obtained from Oakley Collier Architects, 109 Candlewood Road, Rocky Mount, NC 27804, 252-937-2500, or by emailing Ashley Seaman ([email protected]) beginning April 30, 2024, during normal office hours.
