YOUR ANNUAL STATE CONFERENCE ASSESSMENT
Each year, each branch must pay its Annual State Conference Assessment. To take advantage of the Humanitarian Awards Banquet Tickets that you receive once you pay your assessment, please initiate the process for paying the assessment. If you have questions, please email [email protected].
Even if you do not plan to attend the banquet, we still need your Assessment.
Annual State Conference Assessment Fees:
- Branches with 50 to 500 members: $250
- Branches with 501 to 1,000 members: $300
- Branches with over 1,000 members: $550
- Youth Councils, College Chapters, Young Adult Chapters and High School Chapters: $100
To pay your Annual Assessment Fees, please MAIL A CHECK made out to:

The number of tickets to the Humanitarian Awards Banquet is based on Branch size:
- Branches with 50 to 500 members 5 tickets
- Branches with 501 to 1,000 members: 6 tickets
- Branches with over 1,000 members: 11 tickets
- Youth Councils, College Chapters, Young Adult Chapters and High School Chapters: 4 tickets
