Dillon Youth Development Center, 100 Dillon Drive, Butner, NC 27509, Attn:  Daron Blount for the construction of C.A. Dillon Youth Development Center – Campus Roofing Repairs to include Roof Replacement at Cottage B and Roof Replacement at Cottage A as Bid Alt. 01, enter description of projectat which time and place bids will be opened and read.

Complete plans and specifications for this project can be obtained from Atlas Engineering Inc., Attn:  Hannah Ford, 919-420-7676, [email protected] ,enter Designer Name and Addres      s 551-A Pylon Dr., Raleigh, NC 27606 during normal office hours after April 18, 2024. 

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 2:00 PM on April 30, 2024,enter date at C.A. Dillon Youth Development Center, 100 Dillon Drive, Butner, NC 27509.  Additional details noted in the Notice to Bidders.

The state reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
