Rodgers will accept Trade Contractor prequalification applications for the Central Piedmont Community College (CPCC) New Advanced Technology Center for the following trades ONLY: landscaping and irrigation, masonry, carpentry and casework, roofing and accessories, waterproofing and sealants, metal panels, glass assemblies, passage doors, service doors, fire shutters, smoke curtains, drywall assemblies, acoustical assemblies, hard tile, polished concrete, floor coverings, painting and wall coverings, building specialties, elevators, fire protection, plumbing systems, HVAC systems, test and balance and electrical.  The prequalification deadline for submission is no later than Monday, November 28, 2016 by 5:00 PM.  Prequalification applications may be obtained at www.rodgersbuilders.com.  Prequalification applications submitted late or incomplete will not be reviewed.  Contact Chad Ek at [email protected] for further information.

The project includes a new 5 story, plus mechanical penthouse and mezzanine, lab and classroom building at the corner of East 4th Street and Charlottetowne Avenue on Central Piedmont Community College’s central campus in Charlotte, NC.  Scheduled bid opening for the Balance of Work Bid Packages is January 2017.  An Early Site and Structure Package bid previously, allowing construction to commence in November 2016.
