Rodgers will accept sealed bids from job specific pre-qualified trade contractors on August 4, 2015 on the East Carolina University Health Sciences Campus – College of Allied Health and Nursing (#239 on campus map), Room AHNURS 01410, Greenville, NC.

Packages will bid at the following times:

Group 1 (8/4/15 at 1 pm):  02A – Complete Sitework, 02L – Landscape and Irrigation, 02M – Hardscape and Site Assemblies, 02O – Deep Foundation Systems, 03A – Complete Concrete, 18A – General Works, 18B – Final Cleaning

Group 2 (8/4/15 at 2 pm):  04A – Masonry/ Precast, 05A – Structural and Misc. Steel/ Wood Structures, 05D – Ornamental Handrails and Railings, 06D – Cabinetry and Casework, 07A – Roofing and Accessories, 08A – Glass Assemblies, 08B – Passage Door Assemblies, 08C – Service Door Assemblies

Rodgers will hold a Pre-Bid Conference to discuss construction of the Student Center. The Pre-Bid Conference will be held on July 14, 2015 at 2:00 pm on the East Carolina University Health Sciences Campus – College of Allied Health and Nursing (#239 on campus map), Room AHNURS 01410, Greenville, NC.

The cutoff for Pre-Bid RFIs is 4pm on 7/21/15.

Rodgers will hold an open Owner Preferred Alternates Meeting to identify preferred brand alternates and their performance standards that the Owner will consider for approval on this project.  This meeting will be held on July 14, 2015 at 3:00 pm on the East Carolina University Health Sciences Campus – College of Allied Health and Nursing (#239 on campus map), Room AHNURS 01410, Greenville, NC.

In accordance with General Statute GS 133-3, Specifications may list the following preferred brands as an alternate to the base bid:
