Orange Water & Sewer Authority (OWASA) is inviting firms to submit a written proposal to provide services for Instrumentation and Control Services Contract. OWASA will select based on qualifications and price, as permitted under NC General Statute 143-129 for technology services, to identify the best qualified firm and best overall approach to meet the needs of OWASA. All firms submitting qualifications and technical proposals must have demonstrated experience and expertise for projects similar in nature to this project.

The primary objectives of the project are to provide:

• Establish a contractual relationship with a systems integrator capable of meeting a broad range of technology needs for OWASA;

• Develop a workflow and cost structure for maintenance and capital projects that facilitates standard designs and cost effective project delivery;

• Assist OWASA in building in house skills and troubleshooting capabilities through effective and comprehensive training programs.
