Westarea Elementary School HVAC and Window Replacement

RE-BID

Sealed proposals will be received until 10:00 a.m. April 11, 2024, in the Cumberland County Schools’ Plant Operations Center, 810 Gillespie Street, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud for the Westarea Elementary School HVAC and Window Replacement.

There will not be a pre-bid conference for the Re-Bid.  The Contractor may visit the project site on their own, just check in at the office first.  The designer will issue complete Bid Documents electronically.  Contact Locklear, Locklear & Jacobs, PLLC P.O. Box 3119 Pembroke, North Carolina 28372 for complete bidding requirements.  Proposals will be received from contractors licensed per G.S.87.  A Bid Bond is required. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required.  Certain MBE guidelines must be followed.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
