PREQUALIFICATION ADVERTISEMENT

Frank L. Blum Construction has been selected as the Construction Manager @ Risk by the Buncombe County School System and is seeking to pre-qualify construction trade contractors to submit bids for furnishing labor, materials, equipment, and tools for the Clyde A. Erwin Middle School Renovation in Asheville, NC.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  Construction of ADA accessibility and egress renovations for Clyde A. Erwin Middle School, both inside the building and in the outdoor courtyard. Exterior work includes rework and new covered walkways and ramps.  Interior work includes new corridor and cafeteria ramps, new restroom facilities, and renovating existing classroom spaces (selective demo, revised CMU and metal framed wall layouts, finishes, and MEP modifications).  Principal trade contractors are solicited for the following bid packages:
