We will be accepting Subcontractor Proposals on the following:

Concrete Finishing, Electrical, Erosion Control, Fencing, Horizontal Boring, Painting, Stone Hauling, Welding, Portable Toilets, and Dumpsters.

Please submit PRICING QUOTES BY April 1, 2024.

Please include a copy of your certification with your quote.    

We encourage and solicit HUB Certified MBE/WBE firms and intend to seriously negotiate for project participation and are willing to review any responsible quote and negotiate terms. Bidders must comply with Executive Order 11246 and 11375 in order to ensure equal opportunity.  This project is funded using SRF funds and CDBG funds please make note you must comply with all requirements.  This does include the Davis Bacon Act and wage determination rates.  MBE/WBE participation goals are 10% pursuant to NCGS 143-128.  A Drug Free Workplace and Non-Discrimination Workplace Policy are required.  Quick pay agreements will be provided to meet cash-flow demands.
