FORSYTH TECHNICAL COMMUNITY COLLEGE
BUILDING DEMOLITION

Balfour Beatty Construction (CM at Risk) is soliciting bids from pre-qualified 1st tier Trade Contractors for the demolition of six (6) buildings on the campus.  A nonmandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held March 28, 2024, at 10:00 AM at Facilities Building (off Oak Grove Road SW) on the FTCC campus.  Sealed bids will be received on April 11, 2024, until 10:00 AM EST at Facilities Building (off Oak Grove Road SW) on the FTCC campus.

A HUB Outreach will be held immediately after the Pre-Bid Conference.  HUB firms are encouraged to attend Pre-Bid even if your firm is not looking to Bid as first tier subcontractor.  Other Firms will be present and may be looking for lower tier subcontractors to increase their firm’s participation.
