Clancy & Theys Construction Company is pleased to present the following project for bid:  Northwood Park Middle School Gymnasium & Renovation in Jacksonville, NC for Onslow County Schools.  This bid package consists of the construction of an 18,129 SF gymnasium, 10,385 SF renovation of existing athletic space into classrooms, and parking expansion.  The gymnasium will include locker areas, storage, offices, a classroom, and concession.  Renovation will include a science classroom, four general education classrooms, an office, and two resource spaces.

Anticipated start date:
May 10, 2024.

Anticipated completion date:
December 1, 2025.
