NOTICE OF RE-BID

Sealed Proposals will be received by I.L. Long Construction from prequalified subcontractors for the NC State Wood Hall – HVAC Renovations at 1:30 PM on Friday, March 22nd, 2024, for the following packages.

6A – Millwork
7A – Roofing
9A – Drywall
9B – Flooring
9C – Paint
15A – Mechanical
16A – Electrical

Please refer to the Bid Manual for specific bidding procedures.  Bids not meeting these requirements will not be accepted.  Bids will be opened and read at North Carolina State University, Admin Building III, 2601 Wolf Village Way, Room 101 / Raleigh, NC 27607.
