Mecklenburg County Asset and Facility Management will receive sealed bids for the New Park Road Park Pavilion, until 2:00 pm, April 30, 2024, at which time bids will be opened in the office of Mecklenburg County Asset & Facility Management Department, 3205 Freedom Drive, Suite 6000, Charlotte, NC 28208. Bid, performance, and payment & material bonds are required. NC law and applicable regulations of various licensing boards and M/W/SBE provisions will be observed. The project is located at 6220 Park Road, Charlotte, NC 28210. Scope of work includes a new single story 3,571SF indoor pavilion with associated site improvements. A pre-bid meeting will be held on April 16, 2024, at 10:00 am at 6220 Park Road, Charlotte, NC (at the existing restroom/concession building on the peninsula overlooking the lake). Bidding documents, consisting of drawings, specifications, instructions, and forms, may be obtained starting on April 1, 2024.
