Bids must be submitted by two methods (2) methods:
- Mail via USPS and UPS or FedEx to 1219 Broad Street, Durham, NC 27705.
- Hand delivery on April 11th at 2 pm, at 1219 Broad Street, Durham, NC 27705, in the NCSSM ETC Lecture Hall. If hand delivery is chosen, the person responsible for dropping off the bid must contact Robert Allen at [email protected] or 919-416-2659 to coordinate delivery by the deadline.
At 2 pm on April 11th, 2024, all bids will be opened and read aloud. The bid opening will be held at 1219 Broad Street, Durham, NC 27705.
A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held for all interested bidders on March 27th, 2024, at 2 pm via an open forum provided by MHAworks at NCSSM Watts Board Room followed by a site visit to both residence halls. The meeting will address project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures, and bid forms.
Complete plans and specifications for this project can be obtained at MHAworks, 409 Evans Street, Suite C. Greenville, NC 27858, during normal office hours. Plans are also available in the plan room of ConstructConnect.
Plan Deposit: $150.00 per set.
