Request for Qualifications For Sound Support at City of Sanford Events

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR
SOUND SUPPORT AT CITY OF SANFORD EVENTS 

Project Summary

The City of Sanford is seeking qualified professionals to provide sound services for the City of Sanford.  The selected company will be responsible for providing high-quality sound production and reinforcement services to ensure the success of the event(s).

Applicants must demonstrate the ability to provide sound support for up to an eight-piece band.  This would include microphones, speakers, monitors, and all other sound related equipment necessary for a band to perform, not including instruments.  To be considered, applicants must submit the following information:

• Company profile highlighting relevant experience and qualifications.
• Description of sound equipment and resources.
• List of key personnel and their qualifications.
• References from three previous clients.

All above items will all be weighted equally in the selection process.  The qualification process will be used as on call for events throughout the year and be valid through December 31^st, 2028.

The City of Sanford reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and reserves the right to make the decision that is the best interest of the City of Sanford.

The posting date will be from March 28^th, 2024, through April 12^th, and qualification packages will be opened on April 15^th, 2024, at 3 pm in the West End Conference Room at City Hall:  225 E. Weatherspoon Street, Sanford, NC 27330.
