NOTICE TO BIDDERS 

RFB #24-024 

Sealed proposals will be received by the Wake County Procurement Services, Suite 2900, Wake County Justice Center, 301 McDowell Street, Raleigh, NC 27601, up to 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 16, 2024, and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for providing labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of the “Historic  Yates  Mill  Park and  Crowder Park Boardwalk/ Observation Deck Repairs” located in Wake County, NC.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 4, 2024, we will meet at the lower parking lot on the south side of the pond at Crowder County Park at 4709 Ten-Ten Road, Apex, NC for those parties interested.  The meeting will then move to the sites once all attendees meet at this location.

No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for bids.
