The Rockingham Housing Authority (RHA) is seeking bids for site repairs which include concrete steps, sidewalk, driveway, and curb replacement/repair, installation of handrails, erosion control, grading, seeding, etc. This contract will be for 90 calendar days. A pre-bid site visit has been scheduled for March 6, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. Though this pre-bid site visit is not mandatory, it is encouraged that you attend. Sealed bids are due March 19, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. A copy of the bid package may be obtained at the RHA Main Office; 809 Armstead Street, Rockingham, NC 28379, or an electronic copied emailed by sending a request to Chereka Belton at [email protected] .
