South Building and Carroll Hall (Section C) Roof Replacement and Fall Protection

Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 P.M. on April 25, 2024, in the office of Department of Facilities Planning & Design in the Giles Horney Building, 103 Airport Drive, Chapel Hill, North Carolina 27599; Attn: Andrea Janusz, RA for the construction of the South Building and Carroll Hall (Section C) Roof Replacement and Fall Protection and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read at the same location.
Bids will be received for a Single Prime Contract. All proposals shall be lump sum.
A pre-bid meeting will be held for bidders on April 2, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. at the north entrance of South Building, 200 E. Cameron Ave., Chapel Hill on the campus of UNC-CH. Interested subcontractors and suppliers are strongly encouraged to attend.
Complete plans and specifications for this project can be obtained from Atlas Engineering, Inc., 551-A Pylon Drive, Raleigh, North Carolina 27606, (919) 420-7676 Attn: Kelli Wilcox, PE ([email protected]) during normal office hours after March 17, 2024. Electronic documents are provided at no cost. Refundable plan deposit of One hundred dollars ($100.00) in cash or certified check is required for hardcopy sets.
The state reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
